Precision Machining

Our core manufacturing capabilities incorporate technologies across a broad base of complementary advanced machining processes. This enables us to produce a variety of precision mechanical and electromechanical products, including hydraulic valves, pumps, motors, mechanical seals and associated components.

Assembly & Testing

We assemble multiple components into complex assemblies for aerospace products, diesel fuel systems, hydraulic pumps and motors, power transmissions and hydraulic valves, ensuring consistent and repeatable application performance. With more than 45 test stands, functional product tests are conducted based on customer parameters. QCC’s focus on value-added manufacturing services has resulted in recognized expertise in delivering high precision, completely finished assemblies and products.
